I know html_mail es old and obsolete, for example didnt work in FF and Chrome.
Personally i hate html email, but sadly the customer allways has the reason
and he want html composing.

I have created some new folders using the folder menu.
These new folders appear in the list on the left of the Squirrelmail pane,
below the standard, Inbox, Sent, etc., folders. However, they do not appear
