Use a load balancer that maintains session persistence or balances
based on source IP hash. It's worked well for us for years.

I have searched the SM archives and can not find an answer. I'm sure I am
just not finding the right search words combination. We have two users at
school that when trying to open and MS Word doc attachment SM throws an
error saying:
"C:\...\##ss##bb## not found"
I am fairly certain
