I've installed the plugin sent_confirmation-1.6-1.2 on our
squirrelmail 1.4.10a-2~dapper1
Works fine.
I've configured in the config.php:
$sent_conf_message_style = '4';
and also
$sent_conf_include_cc = 1;
(see the grep output below)
