There were 2 installations, that has now been sorted, but the error remains.
I've cleared my cache, that has not helped.
Configtest.php shows everything is OK !!

Well thats the first problem. There are no errors in apache2 log.

database scheme for the shared calendars plugin. As mentioned in some
messages there seemed to be a README which required tables and fields
but version 2.0.1-1.4.0 doesn't show any regarding information to me.
