[SM-USERS] Squirrelmail images are broken

Dear Squirrel-Gurus! I installed Squirrelmail from the .tar.gz in /var/www/webmail/webroot [Debian Sarge/PHP 4.4] and now there is the problem, that the Squrrelmail images are not displayed. If I try to open the images in the browser I just get a HTTP error 404. Configuration of the virtual host:

[SM-USERS] Folder Options

I have recently run into a problem with creating a new folder. I can create new folder, but I want it to allow subfolders. I already have several folders with subfolders, but all of a sudden the check box to allow a new folder to have a subfolder is no longer there. I am currently using
