SquirrelMail does not use $charset_converted variable in mime.php file.
Fedora developers introduced this variable in
squirrelmail-1.4.8-IE-Japanese-download-ugly-hack.patch.
SquirrelMail Fedora packagers don't work with upstream and add fixes only
in their packages.

problem that I have. I've checked https://bugzilla.redhat.com/
but have failed to find any reference. Is there a fix for this other than
turning off the error display/recording?
