[SM-USERS] Missing SquirrelMail Themes

I am using SquirrelMail 1.4.5 with Mac OS X Server 10.3.9. Some themes (such as redmond.php and minimal_bw.php) exist in /usr/share/squirrelmail/themes with all of the other themes. Most of the themese are visible for selection, however some such as the ones I mentioned are not. What gives? They a
