I am trying to install Japanese support with squirrel.
If you want to check php configuration, you must use phpinfo()
Japanese support is working. When I change the language option to
"Japanese", all the menu items, buttons, etc.

ISP.
It has got public IP 195.18.92.120 but I know that only the most common
ports are open. Port 123 for ntp is not open. However the server has always
worked in the current setup.
