aesthetic question - the left folder pane header "Folders" seems to
be left-justified all of a sudden. Ie, the "Folders", "Last Refresh",
date, time, etc. The folder list itself is left-justified, but that's
the way it was

I have just devised a trick to disallow multiple clicks of the send
button using some javascript in the compose_extras plugin. The new
version is attached, and it'd be great to have it go thru some testing

I have a largeish user base 2000+, the default setting for reading mails
is to open them in a new window.
The problem described below ONLY happens in Firefox (I'm using 1.06) and
