We installed Squirrell Mail recently. It worked fine for a few weeks, but now we have problems. After we login to our account, we go to our inbox. When we click on an unopened mail, we receive this message:

Why $data_dir setting has a traling slash and $attachment_dir doesn't?
$attachment_dir = '/webroot/webmail/data';

SquirrelMail 1.4.5 source w/ no plugins

I am working with a customer that has this issue with SquirrelMail sending
out multiple copies of one email.
Admin has looked at logs and finds that all have different message id's sent
at or about the same time.
Customer clicks on send button on the compose screen and then it closes out.

Squirrelmail's filters are applied by default on all the INBOX messages
which means that when the number of messages reaches a few thousands
filters will take several seconds to complete and loging in is delayed
until filters are done.
