I installed Courier-imap and pop3 with squirrelmail in a Debian Sarge 3.1, runs
nice but all folders must be created under INBOX.

Apologies for the rudimentary question. I was using an address book with
OpenLDAP. For some reason, the service is failing me so I would like to
revert back to using local address books. For the life of me, I can't
recall how to tell SM to use the local address book instead of LDAP.
