You were right with chown -R mirko Maildir/
But... more imporant:
commenting out:
mailbox_command = procmail -a "$EXTENSION"
was the trick!!
So I can see the mail now via SM.

chown -R mirko Maildir/
If you don't do the -R it only does the top level, and that could break
some other parts.
