So there is not a -dist version or a -recommended version inside of osx. I
am sure that is one of the thousand files apple removed. But I was able to
find one to download and it works. Thanks for the direction to go

Server of your provider uses different time zone settings or has some
problems with clock. If you can't see time zone options in SquirrelMail
Options -> Personal Information, contact your webmail pro
