[SM-USERS] blocking

Hi all, I am running Squirrelmail 1.4a on Fedora Core 2 machine and have my mail server on Solaris 8 running IMAP4. I used cpanel change password plugin to enable users to change there passwords but its not seems to working. Could anyone suggest me which plugin to use in the current senerio
