it working perfectly, its very easy to setup. After I upgrade to apache 2.0.5.2
problems began.

I was able to talk to the hosting provider and get temporary shell access
to run conf.pl. This has resolved all remaining issues. I did, as was
suggeted, put in only absolute paths. Thanks for all of the help.
