i all new install of 1.4.3a.
default plugins are showing in options but ones i added are not.
the ones i have installed are below. only the first 10 are showing up in
Options.
any reason? permissions? which?

When an e-mail asks to confirm its reading, clicking Yes doesn't show any
error message, but no message is sent. Then, when clicking in [Send read
receipt now], this error appears:
