Hmm,  yep, it's set to 1440 seconds which translates into 24 minutes which sounds about right.  Thanks for that tip.  As for the user timeout plugin, we do have that installed with a 15 minute default and we allow users to individually change it or disable it.  At first I thought that might eve

Hi, I have noticed thatwhen I've sat on the addressbook page for 20 minutes or a half hour with no activity (haven't actually timed it), and then I click on another link, I get forwarded to an error page with the error "You must be logged in to access this page" and a link to the login page.

I have noticed that nice HTML formatting tool bar (bullets, indents, fonts, colors), is not available when using IE 5.0. On the same account it is visible using IE 5.5 and Mozilla. What needs changing? The PC, the IE settings, or the plugin/or SM that controls this tool bar? Thanks,
