I got it! At some time I must have changed the session.cache_limiter php.ini
setting in my server:
it was set to:
session.cache_limiter = private
This allows browsers (but not proxies) to cache page contents.
Of 2 servers only one was "misconfigured", honestly I don't remember what
the default is
This issue seems to be caused by some sort of issue with SSL. In
previous posts there seems to be two different ways to resolve the
issue. The way I resolved it was to enable SSL and use a self signed
certificate (you would want a real one in a production environment).

I have a user that receives e-mail regularly in either Chinese or
Spanish (never mixed in the same e-mail). Her language in

Hi guys - just upgraded to 1.4.1 on my server and put it live.
Have had several users report the following error which appears in their
main frame (nothing else just white background).
This didn't appear when I was testing it. Would *really* appreciate some

much problem & have recently updated to 1.4.2 (running PHP 4.3.2)
