[SM-USERS] Owner Options: Can you make plugins load based on user logged in?

I'm using Squirrel-Mail with Courier-imap which is using authmysql. I'm writing a plugin that I only want the [EMAIL PROTECTED] to see in the option bar. My idea is that all I need to do is put an if statement in the setup.php file to check the user that is logged in but I don't know the variable
