Yes... that'd help I'd say. 0.0.0.0 has a special meaning if I
remember correctly, but 127.0.0.1 would be a lot safer.

Trying to setup SM1.4 and get the classic "You must login..." error.

I should have read further into the attachment size FAQ I found on SM.
Apache 2.0 has another place, a php.ini file where this needs to be
modified and changing it to the value I wanted, allowd the attachment of
a larger file than before and removed the error page

Thought I had completely lost it...but it turns out that the configure files
all still read 1.4.0 in the 1.4.1 release. Not a huge deal, I don't think,
but it completely threw me off to see "1.4.0" listed as the version when I
went in to verify my upgraded install.
