[SM-USERS] SM 1.4.0

I just upgraded to the latest and greatest released version but when I click on "Options" > "Personal Information" I get the following error message: Error opening timezone config, contact administrator. Other then that the upgrade seems to be working. Any ideas on what I have to change/look at
