Hello, I'm using PHP/ISAPI 4.3.0 on Win2000 with Squirrel 1.2.11 (using Mercury as the IMAP module). Lately I've been getting a lot of errors in the Windows Event Application Log, specifically c-client: Undefined index 4 in page_header.php on line 208 and a bunch of Undefined variable errors.
