Out of curiosity, do the plugins work with squirrelmail 1.40 rc1 as of yet.. I would
like to move to squirrelmail 1.40 rc1 but previously I was having issues, with the
display as html, weather, and unsafe image rules plugins.. as to my understanding

I just updated from the CVS. Apparently I received 1.4.0rc2. I still
see the new/unread message count only for the INBOX. It is not there
for the folders. There are plenty of new messages in the folders.
If I read a message in a folder and then try and change its status to
unread. I am dumped
I just checked out squirrelmail today and installed it in parrallel to
our working 1.4.0rc1. After logging in, I just see the left frame,
expanded over the whole browser width. This happens both with
konqueror and mozilla.

This was fixed a long while ago. Either upgrade to 1.2.11[cvs]
(snapshots are on download page), or wait for the release of 1.4.

Is there some config option to dump debug output? I don't
really know php; I am wondering if there is some variable setting for
this incorporated into the config.php file (I didn't see one
off-hand).

Usually I receive long log files from my sistem.
With SM I cannot browse a log of 708136 bytes
13.727 rows long.
While I'm reading that message SM let see me only
header. Apache tells:
"[notice] child pid 26113 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)"

I get this when I login. I know the IMAP sever is working via
127.1 because I tested it and squirrelmail never tries to contact the
server. A truss of inetd while attempting a login shows that imap is
never contacted. So.. What am I doing wrong?

When I compose an email, then "Check Spelling" no error are ever
found, regardless of how many there are. If I "Save Draft" and then
open the draft and "Check Spelling" error are found correctly. Is this
how spell checking is supposed to work? Thanks...

I am needing to find the section of code that deals with read reciepts.
Here is my connundrum. We have some old fogeys on my system that are all
warm and cozy with Pegasas Mail *not getting any money that I can find,
yet ;)*. They are really upset that SquirrelMail doesn't send reciep
