Heh, I'd say you've misconfigured your SMTP server. Go back into conf.pl
and see what you've got it set to. Make sure it's running! (telnet

I think that if you add an entry to your hosts file along the lines of
127.0.0.1 localhost
then using localhost would resolve to 127.0.0.1 and will work

called for the smtp server to be set to localhost .. but the CORRECT answer
seems to be 127.0.0.1 odd, but worked !

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I figured out the problem, it's not
SquirrelMail's fault, it's my IMAP server that is generating the errors. I'm
using SurgeMail. If anyone else has experience with SurgeMail, let me know.
