I squirrelmail is running nicely with the exception of sending mail. I
can compose the mail, and click 'send' without any error messages,
however, the mail is not being sent. Here are the details of my mail
setup:
qmail with Maildir
courier IMAP with plain authentication

I need a drop-down menu with the selection of which server
