Some suggestions.
* 64GB JVM Heap
Are you sure you really need this heap size ? Did you check in your GC logs
(with gceasy.io) ?
A best practice is to minimize as possible the heap size and never more
than 31 GB.
* OS Caching
Did you set swappiness to 1 ?
* Put two instances of Solr on each
