If you start tomcat in the directory where solr is, then your solr
configuration for snapshooter should work. If you have the scripts
directory in your PATH, then you can just use
snapshooter
I always use the full path name so it will always works.

I remember having the same issue a while back. I think I ended up adding the
dir where scripts live to the PATH env. var and that fixed it. This was a
while back, maybe things are different now.
