This shouldn't be happening, I suspect that you really _do_ have
duplicated docs. Perhaps you're running the job a second time? Or
somehow your select is selecting the same row mutliple times when
you go to 7,000?

But my Id is Sql Server Unique ID and i know it cant be duplicated ID

Not a hundred percent match to your question, but check what you have
defined as unique ID (in solr.xml) and check that you don't have any
records with that ID as a duplicate.
