Yeah, be sure to send mail as "plain text", the spam filters are
pretty aggressive when it comes to anything else.
At a glance this is your problem:
.AccessDeniedException: /var/solr/data/demo/data
I'm guessing the user you run Solr as doesn't have create permissions there.
