I'm having the same issue with 4.10.3
I'm performing various task on clusterstate API and getting random timeouts
throguhout the day.

I noticed also from the logs that this occurs every 10 minutes on each
of the shards.
Is there something that needs to be adjusted on zookeeper?
The zookeeper log has a stream of messages like this:
