I am running Solr in a shared Tomcat v5.5.28 (I have access to all
instances) on a Linux VPS server.
When I set it all up, Tomcat starts properly and I can see that it has
accesses my Solr Config directory properly.
I can access the JSP pages if I reference them directly
(http://mysite.com/solr/
