Still no results after removing from stopwords

I needed to run a search with a query containing the word "not", so I removed "not" from the stopwords.txt file. Which seemed to work, at least as far as parsing the query. It was now successfully searching for that keyword, as noted in the query debugger. However it isn't returning any results wh
