In the web application we are developing a user can add the the
proficiency of a given language such as
English:- Reading, Good
Writing, Average
Speaking, Good
French:-Reading, Good
Writing, Average
Speaking
check the character at row 6, column 44 of the xml you are sending... it
is probably some invalid character.
