Is there a better way to accomplish what
we are attempting to do? I don't want a single QOS to limit across all
partitions. I need a per partition limit that restricts users to 60% of
resources in that partition.

.lua, you'll need to restart slurmctld for the
changes to take effect. Also, it's a good idea to 'tail -f'
slurmctld.log while restarting - any errors with the syntax will be
printed there, and if there's any errors in that file, slumctld won't
start.
Thank you! A great idea. I will give this a try.

Greetings,
I found the issue. It seems that the EL7 rpms do not properly configure
the auth_munge.so location. Here is the work around for this problem.
ln -s /usr/lib64/slurm/auth_munge.so /usr/local/lib/slurm/auth_munge.so
Thanks!

I suspect it is something with the OHPC rpms, but I'm not sure.
Any thoughts on how to fix or should I just rebuild from source?
Thanks!

maybe 0-3 are done, 4-7 are
running, and I just want to manually tell 8-10 to run anyway on
available resources leaving 11-15 under current constraints.
Thank you!
