in SCID it is not possible to overwrite a game in a PGN file and consequently
it is not possible to annotate it directly.
It must first be imported into a new database or into the ClipBase.
However, thanks for reporting the bug, it should show a more understandable
error message.

In Scid 4.7.0, I'm encountering a problem when attempting to annotate
multiple games. After opening a PGN file containing more than one game,
clicking the "Annotate" button, and selecting "From actual game to
game 2," after annotating the first game, Scid does not proceed to the
second game. Inst
