about the tactics data base but on all main pages. If donations don't
go to the project, the web page should be changed to reflect that or

For what it is worth it: Based on the French paypal dialog, I sort of
expect your donation will be received and reacted upon by Pascal (see cc).
Pascal did a lot of work for Scid, but (temporarily?) has left the
project alone since quite some time now.
