This is intentional, as the user checked "use book", he gets what he asked
for.

When annotating a "game" that does not start from the initial position
but you leave the standard "use book" option checked, annotation starts
with the remark "Move out of book", which is a bit silly.
Suggest to add this remark only after we did actually "Enter book"
