Hi,
I could see that my work about the html+js export of games has been
included in the new version of Scid, thanks.
If I may suggest:
- we are asked for a html file name and Scid will now export nicely
all the needed files (I am on Mac and have to add the .html after the
file name) such as

The new one looks perfect, indeed :) Very nice.
Thanks a lot!

Hi Pascal,
I also post this to the list as someone may have an answer about the
html entities.

You should see the new version I posted 1 1/2 hour ago, or are you
mentioning about this one?
At least we need better images for the pieces, I find them too big
compared to the square size and not nicely cut.
I hade a look at enpassant, there are some interesting things. I kind

I like it too. I have only one observation, I think the
Frames are deprecated. That means producing that kind of page will
become junk soon enough. If I had to choose between a simpler design
to accomodate a valid format and frames to accomodate HTML generation
of intensively annotated games, I'd choose the former. Intensively
annotated games are no

This looks pretty nice. However, I've an issue... As you
removed the frames the former left frame has a slight
problem. Just export a game that is heavily annotated and
you'll see what I mean.
This column now gets strechted in lengt
I really like the new HTML file. Fast and clean. Thanks, Charly !
(As a aide note, frames may have some abstruse advantages, but are now
depecrated.)
If you ever want to adventure in a complete rehaul, Charly and others,
there are some (wishful) areas of improvement :
1. Creating configuration

I explained in my next message. There are (at least not on the Mac
version) 2 different bitmaps folders. The one needed here contains

That's right, I forgot this one.
I don't understand why but copying bitmaps/ directory in the same folder
does not display the pieces.
Could sum up the advantages of the new version ?

On the Mac, I have only the second one and this the one to copy in the

I appreciate the work (and there are other programs to convert games
for the web), but my points still stand:

That's really why more options are *needed*
Hi,
You can see how the HTML export looks now at

I added :
- coordinates;
- board rotation;
- moving back and forward with arrow keys (left and right arrows), which only
works with Firefox;

You can find examples of the output at:
