IMHO, ND means you can't use it to create a modified product to use it as a derivative work: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/ Unless you need to modify the product, it can be redistributed. If that is a //sine qua non// condition, I could look for PNG under GPL. --
