I have played somewhat with the skak package.
I like the way the diagrams are handled and can be scaled. Also the fonts
are much better.
However I saw few drawbacks. I cant tell if its not possible or I couldnt
find it.. ;). The use of Informator symbols in Skak are badly documented...

Hi,
3.6.23 now supports the DGT-board :). Well I think it does...
Under 'Connect hardware' a engine driver dgtdrv2.i686 is given
(Commmand is written with 3 m's in the menu..).
Has anybody tested it?
The driver can be found here... http://dgtdrv.sourceforge.net/

Hi,
I have modified game.cpp, game.h and added a new include file naglatex.h.
The latter file contains all Tex - Nag translations.
Zipfile with the source (based on scid 3.6.22) is attached.
I noticed that when the .tex file is generated the tex-parser is showing errors.
Modifying the tex-header

Hi,
When I use Scid for generating .tex files all NAG-codes from $142 and above
appear as '$...' in the tex-file.
I have checked the option 'symbolic style notation' to !+=, but has no effect
on the output.
The tex_chess font which I also installed does support $142 but only as the
tex '\bette
14 matches
