Yes, you were right, I had them all along and didn't realize it.
The TeX DVI document files were located in ~/.scid/log directory.

Can someone tell me how to uninstall Scid. I don't see any instructions
for this. I need to uninstall and then install fresh. I made errors in
first install and Scid now crashes when I play game.
