Hello Joost and Benoit,
IIRC, Scid displays the range and mean of the years and Elos in this dialog.
Unknown dates and Elos are not included in the range calculation, but are
included (as zero) in the mean calculations.

I must have been pointing to version of scmerge not compiled for my
computer. I added the path to the latest version of scmerge and
received the expected results.
Thanks again!

CentriScid database does contain (only) 302 games. However, there are
a total of 1448 games in the '2*.si3' databases. Is there a command-

Does anyone have any advice on how best to merge these databases?

Scid.app will be in the /dist folder under the top-level directory you untarred

it from there (or leave it where it is).
Hope this helps.

If you mean identifying the source of the games to include, this is a
good idea.
Please let me know how you t
oblem. The IECC does not like attachments. For
example, some members play games using their mobile phones to
transmit the moves. Some devices may not have an application to
associate with the attachment.
This said, I do not want to create extra work for you. I use
y metadata. As long as the complete move list is
transmitted as plain text in the body of the email message, I think this will
meet the IECC requirements.
Please let me know if I can be of more assistance.

I hate to be a "naysayer", but, given the above choice, I would vote
for the perfectly clean installation with the existing GUI

This SF.net
t it is always possible to make a game that can't be imported
(for example insert a 1 MB comment). This is due to the fact that some
buffers are statically sized. I increased the limits, and I hope this
will be ok for all "normal" games.
