No - The trial mode is not one of the options on the toolbar. As stated
before, there was a second toolbar in 4.5 that was automatically generated and
had the trial mode. The additional toolbar in "options" was also in 4.5 but

When you click on Options-> Toolbars, a window should open. There you
can set what items you want to show on the toolbar. It appears that in
version 4.6, it defaults to "None".
