I would like to inform Scid users that "Add Elo ratings" (needs ratings.ssp)
do _not_ work for games after July 2012 (FIDE start updating monthly but Scid
code has not been updated to handle that).
For example a Caruana game played in november 2014 will get an Elo of 2791
