After your search, go in
Tools / Export All Filter Games / Export Filter to PGN File
This should get you what you want.

First of all, after skipping a few versions of Scid, the current version
4.6.0 seems to be overall much more usable than Scid was a few years
ago, and a few annoying bugs seem to be gone now. Thanks to everybody
