When I export current game, containing Czech characters, to PGN the
encoding of texts in the resulting PGN file is broken. Czech characters
that are present in ISO 8859-1 are exported as single byte ISO 8859-1,
other Czech characters are exported as multi-byte UTF

any warning. IIRC much older Scid versions used to store comments
automatically. Is the current behavior a bug?
