The files *are* in the rpm:
rpm -ql scid | grep "html/scid"
/usr/share/scid/html/scid.css
/usr/share/scid/html/scid.js
... but it did not link or copy them to /var/www/html
I copied them there and it seems to work.
I'll do some testing and post back.

In the RPM packages you use, do you see the files scid.js and scid.css ?
If not, the RPM misses something. If yes, try to copy manually those
files at the same place as .html.
