You need to put the games you wish to remove in the filter.
Then go to the maintenance window (CTRL+M), and push the button "remove
games in filter"

They're supposed to be already deleted with the delete flag set (e.g., they
shouldn't show up in searches), but they do still show in places (e.g., the
game list -- which is where you could undelete them if you wished).
