I forgot to add something to the patch (*Israel hits his knuckles with
a ruler*), here is the correct patch. Just to change 'scid_app:
scid_all' to 'scid_app: all'.

An interesting (and maybe better) way to implement lessons would be to
build case bases, with a facility to find similar positions. This
"Find Similar" function is certainly not trivial, but very possible.
Case-base reasoning is possible, after all. Allegedly, we all do it.

This fixes the scripts (sc_import, etc.) when running "make scid_app",
updates Scid version on Info.plist, fixes the problem with html
missing files and running 'make scid_dmg' creates a disk image similar
