I don't know how to do that. I'd suggest to have two scroll bars, a
horizontal one that scrolls horizontally and a vertical one that

It is indeed not so nice if we can't use special characters, I find it
a bit restrictive.
The fonts I use are standard on the Mac, I never heard of problems
with them.
I am not technically aware of those things so it is difficult for me
to explain.
I guess it is a utf thing more than a font o

Nice Franz !
Do you expect me :
1. to put a link from scid.sf.net pointing to
http://members.inode.at/786053/index.html ?
2. mirror the packages in download section at sourceforge ?

PGN standard allows only 7 bit ASCII characters. But if you imported PGN

Hm, I was pretty careless, I see.
1) It is the 'c' (0x63) that is _replaced_ by the 'nou', and
2) it is in the game list (and not related to spell checking..)
Sorry for this.
Still, the pgn export should be able to help you identify whether it is
a data or a font or a scid problem.

Hi,
I am using a Mac and report here some issues in a random order.
1) Spellcheck Player Names doesn't seem to work: when doing a second
search the same names to correct appear again, I guess that they
weren't corrected despite that an alert window with the corrections
appeared.
